Fish Head Noodles.

=) Another proud achievement. Made fish head noodles without a recipe. Just from memory. I ate it a few times before, this month being the most recent. Yup, from memory.
Just needed the right ingredients which were ham choi(salted vege), tofu, fish bones, tomatoes, chinese wine and evaporated milk.

Don't ask me why, the sudden urge to make this noodles. My dad and I were joking around one day, and I kinda said I would try making this dish. He reminded me soon enough and therefore I decided to embark on this!

I had to go through the ordeal of frying the fish bones and head. Imagine the splattering of very very hot oil when the fish meets the hot oil. I had a few splashes of hot oil on me and ouch, it really hurts.

Added some homemade fish cakes or "yee pang". I made that too, from fish meat, using hand, adding flour, salt and pepper. Mum added "yin sai" or in English, coriander. It made the fish cake so much better with the fresh burst of the coriander.

My dad had a huge helping which made all the hard work worth while. Whole family enjoyed dinner. =)

Chrissie said that from now on, I shall have more assignment from home. Since I've managed to make this, the next assignment would be to make "Roti Boy".

Btw, I may be in the communication field but I really hope one day that I would be able to open a restaurant or cafe or bistro or anything to do with the F&B industry.

Someday,I wanna be my own boss!
