Just needed the right ingredients which were ham choi(salted vege), tofu, fish bones, tomatoes, chinese wine and evaporated milk.
Don't ask me why, the sudden urge to make this noodles. My dad and I were joking around one day, and I kinda said I would try making this dish. He reminded me soon enough and therefore I decided to embark on this!

Added some homemade fish cakes or "yee pang". I made that too, from fish meat, using hand, adding flour, salt and pepper. Mum added "yin sai" or in English, coriander. It made the fish cake so much better with the fresh burst of the coriander.
My dad had a huge helping which made all the hard work worth while. Whole family enjoyed dinner. =)
Chrissie said that from now on, I shall have more assignment from home. Since I've managed to make this, the next assignment would be to make "Roti Boy".
Btw, I may be in the communication field but I really hope one day that I would be able to open a restaurant or cafe or bistro or anything to do with the F&B industry.
Someday,I wanna be my own boss!
