Shoes, shoes, shoes and of things that I love. And shoes.

I have a thing for shoes. Like a real big thing for shoes. I am in love with heels, high towering heels. Classic colours such as black, dark blue, nude and the occasional sparkly ones. Bought a pair of Oxford shoes from Nichi which cost me RM90 (if I remember correctly). I was, I AM still looking for a good old pair of pumps, preferably black or nude. But hey, if a nice and reasonable pair pops up, beggars can't be picky. Know what I mean? =)

Oxford shoes, finally.
Pip came over on Wednesday since it was a public holiday and we spent the whole day together, well, with my dad too. We played Boggle and surprisingly he is pretty good in Boggle though I pride myself in getting tougher words, he has the eye to spot many other words though. He took a nap while I was busy with an online discussion and I took the opportunity to mark my "belonging".

I love his slender fingers, I always tease him that he has lady hands.
Had to stop myself from giggling like crazy when drawing this.
Wrote my name on his fingernails, each alphabet on each finger. I stopped for a while to admire his lady fingers. =)

Big toe belongs to Dixie.

Espresso cupcakes.

It looks good right? Wrong, it tasted bad, like real bad. =( Followed this recipe from a book and it turned out bleh. This was suppose to be a cupcake but the texture of this thing was neither cupcake-like nor biscuit-like. I have no idea what it is. =S
It was tough, lack of any taste except floury. The Espresso buttercream I made tasted heavenly though. But I find it such a waste to put something so delish on something almost inedible.
Minced meat wrapped in egg.
I made this for dinner on Thursday. Just popped into my head, no recipe, nothing. Marinated the mince meat with soy sauce, pepper, a tiny pinch of salt and some cornstarch.
Cut a whole carrot and 2 small tomatoes and at the last minute decided to spice it up by cutting up 4 small cili padis but I took out the seeds in case I burn everyone's tongues.

Looks pretty right, tasted good too.
Turned out good, =) A tad oily but the egg covered it up pretty well.

Brotzeit. Ham, Ham and HAM!
Could not remember when I had this but it was quite recent. Was actually craving for meat as I have been on a so-called vegetarian "diet". Basically I made my own lunch to save money. I'd wake up early to boil two eggs, cut up a cucumber, a green apple, a tomato and a pear. Toss it up with a bit mayo and ta-da, lunch is served. After having the same thing for 3 days for lunch, I was craving for MEAT!!!
Succulent meat. MEAT MEAT MEAT!
 Well, in conclusion, satisfaction guaranteed!

Lace dress, picture taken from Asos.com
Saw a dress quite similar in college, I was so tempted to buy it. It cost RM79. So tempted to the point I took out my wallet to check whether I had enough. Though I do not really need this but I really really wanted a dress like this. No occasion to wear it though.  Finally decided not to buy it as I have said, I do not have an occasion to wear it, but come to think of it now, I could wear it to church. A bit too fancy though. =( Never mind, will scout around in Pyramid, might come in handy one day, this dress.

Where's my ATM machine when I need him??? Hehe. Don't get me wrong, I use my "ATM" machine very very sparingly, sakit hati eh, it may not be my money but it still hurts to fork out a sum of money.

Time to save!!! Another motivation for me to continue to eat my own prepared lunches. Lost a bit of weight though, another upside of eating well. Wheeeeeee.

By the way, I finally decided to open a Tumblr account. So many things to see and explore. Shoes. Shoes. Fashion. Clothes. Shoes. Food. Chocolate. Oh dear, it IS quite addictive. I have been browsing through looking at all the pretty things I can only dream of having (unless I strike gold at some point in my life).

Well, that's all for now. =) Love life and life will love you back, somehow.
