The big and the small.

It's funny how easily misunderstood we can get out of each other. It's like telling a person what's 1+1 and all you get are funny answers and people thinking it's a trick etc.

My mum finally bought me round cake tins. You will see round cakes appearing soon.=) Round and round like a merry go round. I have yet to buy a spring form pan. Spring form pans are used in making cheesecakes.I mean you can always use a normal cake tin except that a spring form tin saves you a lot of trouble and time.

Have yet to bake the perfect cheescake. Believe it or not, I do not eat any of my own cakes or cookies or brownies. I have this tendency of belittling myself that if I taste my own cakes, it would turn out to be absolutely horrible and that all these time, the good comments and remarks from family and friends were just to console me to the fact that I'm such a bad baker.Low self esteem much?

By the way, I am intrigued by baristas as I find their job really interesting and fun. I mean, art in the F&B industry has always been my favourite but in coffee, one of my favorite drinks? You know those little latte and espresso and what-nots with cute and intricate designs on them just by using cream,chocolate syrup and maybe a toothpick(actually they use a small sharp metal object thingy,I call it the ''toothpick''!).


Ok, I do not know which tool is for the design making,my guess would be that small black thing with a oval-ish holder at the top. Anyone willing to teach this young,passionate but with absolutely no experience to make a good cup of extravagant coffee?Including the design making and what-nots?

I am currently blogging from my sister's old laptop as my laptop would not and could not connect to the internet at home. Even if it does get connected, it would easily be disconnected and that irritates me to the Maximum!

I thought we were special. I thought we were different from the others. Looks like we're heading towards the same direction.
