Well, the grand occasion or wedding of the century, has definitely brought many hidden desires in many women out there. Women of all ages, married or single, young and old, there are still dreams left unfulfilled, unknown to their very own self until the very moment they saw the wedding of Prince William and Kate, oops, I mean Catherine Middleton.
From the white wedding, the luxurious and expensive occasion, the dress ( it was mind-blowing and worth the suspense), the palace guards, the people. Something that not everyone is able to experience.
Shoes from Alexander McQueen!
Me like. =)

Opinionated...
It's funny how something from the same species have such different way of thinking. We homo sapiens may be from the same order of class/hierarchy but we differ so much in so many ways, some times I wonder and wonder till the cows come home. I know I am not making any sense.
My creative department is on strike. =( And I need to finish up 3 essays, each a thousand words.
Not to mention, some little itsy bits of disturbance here and there.
Will write more soon.
But before I go, there is something worth mentioning.
Easter celebration in my church was amazing. The cardboard testimony in which some of my church members wrote their life's struggles and how they overcame it with God's help. I was so touched and it really brought me back to my senses of the ignorant and selfish ways I've been living. How I've been taking life, friends and loved ones for granted.
For example, one aunty was almost crushed to death by a car. It rolled on her, and the doctors said that her chanced of living was very slim, and yet, now she is a walking testimony for others.
Her husband was a smoker who smokes up to 80 cigarettes a day and after turning to Jesus for help, not a puff since 1983.
There were others, with brain tumours, cancer, miscarriages, living with an abusive husband and they came forward to testify the goodness of God, how their whole lives has changed just by turning to God.
It was and still is very inspiring to me.
Agape Gospel Assembly, thank you for sharing your life stories.

Drops of Jam.
Chrissie initiated this baking spree. She was browsing through the cook book when she wanted to make jam drops. She asked me to help her but I have to say she did most of the job.
At first we used my mum's turbo oven but then due to the uneven heating system ofthe turbo oven, the biscuits browned quickly at the top while the bottom was still soft so my mum suggested we try her old huge ass oven.
Kinda ancient looking but it kinda worked. Her old oven browned the bootom perfectly but the top wasn't browned enough. But in my opinion, I prefered the old oven.

Deep sense of excitement.
Ok, I seriously would never have believed it. Masterchef Malaysia. Malaysia. Wow, mind blowing if you ask me.
I was so inspired, so blown away just by watching the Junior Masterchef Australia imagine it here, at our shores.
I am so tempted, so excited,I mean, I am eligible to apply, to be part of this so-called fantasy/fairytale.
I have to admit, I am not a professional, I don't even think I can call myself an amateur, but I have the passion, the will to at least it try out.
I have to tell myself though, to not expect the same environment, the same tools, kitchen and people but I am willing to try it out. It may seem a little odd to me, having to cook nasi lemak or ayam masak lemak in a prominent and well known company or show or whatever it is.
I would go for it, if it not for the worry that it might clash with my studies. =(
I may be young but I am not as impulsive as many believe teenagers to be. Hold that thought, I am no longer a teenager.
Ok, I have to push this out of my mind and concentrate with my assignments at the moment.
Masterchef, be gone!
*poof*

Desperate...
Well, since my oven is no longer available... Time for desperate measures.
Baked a cake using my mum's turbo oven usually used to roast chicken.
This was suppose to be butter cake but added some leftover melted chocolate.
This is the other side of the cake. It wasn't up to standard, mum said it tasted neither like butter cake nor chocolate cake. The leftover chocolate wasn't enough to turn it into a chocolate cake and yet was enough to not make it a butter cake. =(
But others commented that it was good, wasn't too sweet which was to their liking.
Well, as the saying goes, one man's meat is another man's poison.
Am trying to listen to songs that are not my usual stuff. Not those hard metal rock stuff, just some jazz, blues and R&B.
Time to get outta my comfort zone.

What don't kill you, only makes you stornger.
It ain't easy trying to understand someone when you haven't discover your own self. Don't push your own expectations on someone. If you want certain qualities on that someone, make sure you yourself have those qualities first.
There may be bad times, but reminiscing about the good times always put a smile on my face. =)
We have fought, loved and cried, shared happy memories and heart-breaking ones, but that only makes us stronger in our relationship. It is actually a step closer into understanding one another more.
The season of browsing through food blogs has returned, giving me the urge to want to bake more. Unfortunately, my oven is not functioning properly thus rendering me helpless in my quest to hone my skills in baking. =(
Starting to slack off a bit.
No good, no good. BUCK UP DIX!
